Dr. Kalra needs to be appreciated for highlighting the ill effects of tobacco chewing habits which is one of the most important etiological agents for causing oral cancers.
The write up on Oral submucous fibrosis (OSMF) was interesting to read.
However I was surprised to read the list of consultations that the author has recommended. I am an specialist in Oral Medicine and Radiology. The author being a dental practitioner himself, should know that an Oral Medicine specialist is the qualified person to medically manage oral precancers such as OSMF. Also an Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon is the specialist who can effectively manage the condition surgically. There is no necessity for a patient to consult ENT specialists or Plastic surgeons for OSMF.

every coin has two side n it depends upon the person which side to look at. you say educated children are becoming illiterate. to some extent yes and reasons are many its not just job opportunity but impact of films trrorism and many other factors. more the person accquirs the degree higher his expectations are but there is space for only few ppl at the top. one should think upon this. i think even if for some initial period one is asked to do lower level job it is fine then eventually he will succeed so everyone should think that no job is high or low it depends upon how u look at it and it makes the difference and we can call the educated children literate n not illiterate
